NEW LEADLIGHT: Twas indeed a great little project to explore an 'intuitive' Mondrian tribute .. In the darker inside hallway the glass really stood out in maximum possible contrast of light .. hence a perfect setting.

DETAIL ... Blue eyed honey eater

Front door, side and sky-lights; SKYSCAPE... ( flight and landscape joined - and through the eyes of a Blue Eyed Honey Eater) ... an installation of 8 panels; it had to link a multiplicity of geometric associations with varying panel heights and widths ... a challenge alone! The glass; waterglass, antique and German machine, was a great opportunity to play with rich colour, texture, and tonal variation. The varying thickness of lines, leaping from one side to the other through 'space' needed to exactly have continuity from panel to panel. Great client-artist symbiosis. Great transformation of space ..
